Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vusely, a tool for connecting your social accounts, preparing a post once, and publishing it now or scheduling it for later. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country to use Vusely.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vusely to:

• Post content that is illegal, infringing, or violates someone else's rights.
• Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect through Vusely (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and others as they become available).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Vusely or its infrastructure.

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize Vusely to publish content to it on your behalf. Each platform (Meta's Facebook and Instagram, Threads, TikTok and Pinterest) has its own terms of service, which you must also follow. Vusely isn't responsible for actions those platforms take on your account, including suspensions, API changes, or content removal, since those decisions are made by the platform, not us.

Posting to TikTok

When you connect TikTok, you choose, for each post, who can see it, whether people may comment, Duet or Stitch it, and whether it promotes a brand, product or service. Vusely sends a post to TikTok only when you press post. By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for the content you post and for labeling it correctly. Vusely adds no watermark, link or promotional text to what you post to TikTok. TikTok may take a few minutes to process a post, and decides whether and when it shows on your profile.

AI-generated content

If you let Mia, Vusely's posting assistant, write for you, captions and images are generated automatically based on your workspace's profile and settings. AI-generated content is a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy or appropriateness. You're responsible for reviewing anything before it publishes, especially if you've set it to publish directly without review.

The service is evolving

Vusely is an actively developed product. Features may change, and some platforms listed in the app (like LinkedIn, Reddit, and X) aren't connectable yet. We provide the service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vusely and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from a missed or failed post.

Ending your account

You can stop using Vusely and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
